Bryanna Bee Hair is honored you have considered booking an appointment with her. When booking a hair service a $50 non-refundable deposit is asked at the time of booking the appointment. This deposit will be non-refundable.
If you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged an additional $50 late fee to your total service. You may be subject to a reschedule or alteration of your service.
Bryanna Bee Hair operates a 72 hour Cancellation/No-Show policy.
Bryanna Bee Hair values her time as well as her clients.
As a courtesy to Bryanna Bee Hair & her clients, please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice of the scheduled appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Neglect to give a 72 hour notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment, by default a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

Bryanna Bee Hair reserves the right to charge the services that are missed, rescheduled, or cancelled within the 72 hours of scheduled appointment time.
Bryanna Bee Hair will only be offering product exchange. If you purchase a product that you were unhappy with, an exchange can be made within a week of purchase date. Product cannot be visibly used or damaged.
Children under the age of 10 are welcome as clients only. This is for the salon and their safety and allows Bee to provide you with the best service. It is a smaller space, and she cannot ensure their safety with her hot tools chemicals, and sharp objects. Bryanna Bee hair asks that all children/kids remain at home while receiving a service. You will be respectfully asked to reschedule you appointment to a time that works best for you and your stylist if you are unable to find child care. Breast-feeding mothers are an exception. She thanks you so much for understanding.
If you are wanting an adjustment, please contact Bryanna Bee Hair within 48 hours of your service. Adjustments to color include; re-toning or re-blending. Refunds will not be issued.
